Customer Service Representative
This position major requirements are: responsibility for answering calls and attending to customers inquiries and or questions.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities include:
1.Must Maintain Accurate information in answering customer questions.
2.Maintain great attitude on the phones and on call center floor
3.Fill out CRM Tickets accurately
4.Must maintain accurate records of all calls that are placed and quality log for all calls.
5.Take Credit card Payments
6.Take prepaid reloads
7.Escalate calls to Supervisor/Teamleader when your access is not sufficient to assist customer
8.Must have good self management skills (Attendance, attitude and self motivation)
9.Update any reports that are requested by the supervisor/Team Leader
10.Be courtesy and helpful to decrease customer churn
11.Most have good communication skills

Job Requirements/Primary Skills
An excellent ability to pleasantly communicate with the general public; a mastery of all products offered by Net One; first-rate computer skills; and excellent tact and diplomacy in handling hostile customers. Multilingual skills a plus.

Network Operations Center Technician
Currently seeking a full-time IT Technician in our Orlando office to provide internal hardware and software support

Job Description:
Netone International, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join the NOC group. The Network Operations Center monitors Netone’s switch, responds to alarms, and takes corrective actions to make sure switch is up and running. The NOC Technicians also ensures that ASR and ACD figures are at the expected level. The NOC Department also responds to customer complaints

Job Duties:
Responsibilities include:
1.Monitoring the switch and the carrier networks to make sure network is 100% operational.
2.Proactively monitoring the ACD and ASR for the countries to provide high quality of service
3.Responding to customer trouble-tickets
4.Preparing daily traffic analysis reports
5.Provisioning new carriers ( VOIP / TDM)
6.Making test calls to provision new carrier, to analyze the quality of the carriers or to resolve customer calling problems.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Telecommunications preferred
2. Minimum one year NOC operations experience preferred
3. Ability to multi-task with the ability to prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
4. Experience with Network troubleshooting preferred.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. NOC provides service to our customer 24 hours a day seven days a week. You may be required to work nights and weekends to accommodate our customers’ needs.
7. Overtime may be required during times of low staffing or increased workload to ensure we are able to respond to our customers’ problems
